Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Niharika:

Many people discover manifestation during difficult phases in life. Can you share what was happening in your life when you first came across the Law of Attraction, and what moment made you truly believe that manifestation works?

There was a phase in my life when I was going through deep emotional struggles. I had dealt with depression, and at that time both my personal and professional life felt like they were at their lowest point. It was one of those moments where everything feels uncertain and overwhelming.

But strangely, that phase also gave me a very powerful realization when you feel like you are at rock bottom, the only direction left is upward. During that time, I came across the concept of the Law of Attraction.

Something about it resonated deeply with me, and instead of just reading about it, I decided to apply it with my whole heart, mind, and belief.

I started changing my thoughts, visualizing my desired life, and aligning my actions with the reality I wanted to create. Slowly, things started shifting. The real turning point came when I manifested my desired job on the exact date I had written down for myself.

That moment felt almost surreal. It was the first clear evidence for me that manifestation was not just a theory; it was something that could actually shape reality.

That experience strengthened my faith immensely. From that point onward, there was no looking back. I continued applying these principles in different areas of my life and started manifesting dreams that once felt impossible.

What began as a personal transformation eventually became my purpose, helping others realize that they also have the power to consciously create the life they desire.

Many people associate manifestation only with positive thinking. As a Manifestation Expert, how do you explain the deeper connection between mindset, energy, and aligned action?

One of the biggest misconceptions about manifestation is that it’s just about positive thinking. In reality, manifestation goes much deeper than that. It is not about forcing yourself to think positive thoughts or pretending everything is fine. There is actually science and neuroscience behind how our thoughts, emotions, and actions shape the reality we experience.

Our brain is constantly filtering information and directing our attention. When we repeatedly focus on certain beliefs or possibilities, our brain starts noticing opportunities, patterns, and solutions that we may have ignored before.

This happens because of a concept in neuroscience called neuroplasticity, which simply means that the brain can change and rewire itself based on what we repeatedly think, feel, and focus on.

At the same time, our emotional state and energy influence the way we show up in the world. It also affects our overall frequency and whatever we are attracting in life, matching with that frequency.

So manifestation is really a combination of three things working together: your mindset, your energy or emotional state, and your inspired action. Your thoughts influence what your brain notices. Your emotions influence how you show up and your frequency. And your actions create the tangible results.

That’s why manifestation is not magic or “woo-woo.” It’s actually about understanding how your mind, brain, energy, and actions interact to shape your reality. When you learn to consciously direct those elements, you begin to participate consciously in creating the life you desire.

You often mention that manifestation can be backed by science. Could you share some practical examples or concepts that help people understand this better?

One of the simplest ways to understand the science behind manifestation is to look at a fundamental principle of physics: everything in the universe is made up of energy.

At the most basic level, even solid objects are made of atoms that are constantly moving and vibrating. This means that everything around us—including our bodies—is essentially energy in motion.

Our thoughts and emotions also carry energy. When we think certain thoughts repeatedly or experience strong emotions like fear, gratitude, confidence, or excitement, our mind and body move into a particular energetic state. In other words, we begin vibrating at a certain emotional and mental frequency.

The idea behind the Law of Attraction is that we tend to attract experiences that match the frequency we are consistently operating from. For example, when someone is constantly focused on fear, doubt, or lack, they often notice more situations that reinforce those feelings. On the other hand, when someone cultivates feelings of possibility, confidence, and gratitude, they naturally start seeing more opportunities and supportive circumstances.

This doesn’t mean that life becomes magically perfect overnight. What it means is that our internal state—our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions—shapes how we perceive the world, the choices we make, and the opportunities we recognise.

So when people talk about manifestation, it’s really about consciously shifting your inner state—your thoughts, emotions, and energy—so that it aligns with the kind of reality you want to experience. Over time, that alignment begins to influence the actions you take and the outcomes you create in your life.

In your experience working with students globally, what is the biggest misconception people have about manifestation?

One of the biggest misconceptions people have about manifestation is that it works instantly. Because of how it is sometimes portrayed on social media, many people believe that if they simply think about something strongly enough, it will appear in their life overnight.

In reality, manifestation is a process. It involves shifting your mindset, emotions, habits, and actions over time so that you gradually align with the life you want to create.

Another common misunderstanding is the idea of manifesting a specific person against their will. Manifestation is not about controlling other people or overriding someone else’s choices.

Every individual has their own free will, thoughts, and intentions. The true purpose of manifestation is to align yourself with healthy, fulfilling relationships and experiences—not to force someone to behave in a certain way.

The third misconception is that manifestation means you don’t have to take any action. Some people believe that if they just keep thinking about their goals, the universe will magically deliver them.

But manifestation is not passive wishing. It is about aligned action. Your thoughts and emotions create the internal alignment, but your actions are what allow opportunities to turn into real outcomes.

In my experience, manifestation works best when these three elements come together: a clear mindset, the right emotional energy, and consistent inspired action. When people understand this balance, manifestation starts becoming a practical way of creating your desired reality you deserve.

When someone feels stuck or hopeless, what are the first small steps they can take to start shifting their mindset and attracting better outcomes?

The first step is to start taking control of your thoughts, and one of the most effective ways to do that is by practicing mindfulness and learning to be present in the moment.

When someone feels stuck or hopeless, their mind is often constantly replaying past regrets or worrying about the future. This creates a cycle of negative thoughts that keeps reinforcing the same emotional state.

Practicing mindfulness helps break that cycle by bringing your attention back to the present moment. It allows you to observe your thoughts instead of being completely controlled by them.

As you gradually become more aware of your thoughts, you start gaining the ability to consciously redirect them. This small shift is very powerful because once you begin taking control of your thoughts, your emotions, beliefs, and overall energy—or frequency—also start aligning with that shift.

When your internal state becomes calmer and more intentional, you naturally move into a better mental and emotional space. From there, you can begin incorporating powerful manifestation practices into your life, such as affirmations, visualization, and setting clear intentions.

So the journey doesn’t begin with trying to manifest something big right away. It begins with mastering your attention and becoming aware of your thoughts. Once you develop that awareness, everything else—your mindset, your energy, and the actions you take—starts shifting in a much more positive direction

Social media is filled with quick manifestation hacks. How do you ensure your teachings remain authentic and practical rather than just motivational?

Social media today is full of manifestation “shortcuts” and quick hacks that promise instant results. While some content can be inspiring, a lot of it also spreads misinformation or oversimplifies the concept of manifestation. People are often told that if they repeat a sentence a few times or follow a certain trick, their desires will appear overnight. Unfortunately, manifestation doesn’t work that way.

One thing I’ve always been very conscious about in my teachings is addressing this misinformation directly. In fact, I dedicate a specific session with my students where we break down some of the most common myths and misleading manifestation hacks circulating on social media. We discuss why they can be problematic and what the actual principles behind manifestation are.

More importantly, I teach my students how to think critically about the content they consume. Instead of blindly following every new technique they see online, they learn how to evaluate whether something is genuinely aligned with the principles of mindset, energy, and action, or whether it’s simply designed to attract views and engagement.

My goal has always been to make manifestation practical and responsible. When people understand the deeper principles behind it, they no longer depend on viral shortcuts. They become empowered to apply manifestation consciously and realistically in their own lives.

What daily rituals or practices do you personally follow to stay aligned with the life you want to create?

I strongly believe that consistency in small daily practices creates the biggest shifts over time. There are a few rituals that I personally follow every day to stay aligned with the life I want to create.

One of the most important practices for me is affirmations. I regularly practice different kinds of affirmations, including general affirmations for a positive mindset, as well as specific affirmations related to my goals, financial abundance, and health. Repeating these consistently helps me reinforce empowering beliefs and keep my focus on the reality I want to create.

Another practice I follow daily is gratitude. Taking time to acknowledge and appreciate the good things already present in my life helps shift my energy into a state of abundance rather than lack. It reminds me that there is always something to be thankful for.

I also practice visualization, where I mentally imagine my goals and desired outcomes as if they are already happening. This helps my mind become familiar with the reality I am working towards and strengthens my belief in it.

And finally, meditation plays a very important role in my routine. It helps me calm my mind, become more present, and stay connected with my inner state rather than being constantly influenced by external noise. It’s the most important technique that I recommmend my students to raise their frequency.

Together, these practices have an extraordinary and powerful impact on my energy, my mindset, and my ability to manifest my desired reality.

If someone tries manifestation but doesn’t see results immediately, how should they deal with frustration or doubt?

One of the most important things to understand about manifestation is that it doesn’t always produce instant results. When people focus too intensely on when or how their desire will appear, they often start noticing its absence more than anything else. This can create frustration and doubt, which only strengthens the feeling of lack.

In such situations, the best thing a person can do is gently shift their focus away from the lack of your desires to everything else you have in life. Instead of repeatedly checking whether their desire has manifested yet, it helps to redirect attention to other meaningful aspects of life, personal growth, relationships, daily responsibilities, and things that already bring joy or fulfillment.

When you stop obsessing over the absence of your desire and start appreciating the other areas of your life, your emotional state naturally improves. You begin to feel lighter, calmer, and more trusting of the process. Ironically, this is often the state where manifestation flows more easily, because you are no longer operating from pressure or lack.

People can also start finding out things that meke them feel good. Pursuing passions, hobbies, tasks that make them feel good will positively distract them from lack of their desires and will help them elevate their emotions. And elevated emotions will help them align with their desires.

People have to remember that if results don’t appear immediately, it’s not a sign that manifestation isn’t working. There are so many things that are happening beyond our 3 D reality that we are not able to witness directly. So you need to trust the process, stay consistent with your practices, and allow life to unfold without constant pressure. And things will happen in unimaginable ways.

What has been the most powerful transformation story from one of your students that truly moved you?

There are honestly so many transformation stories from my students that have been incredibly meaningful to witness. While many of them have manifested specific goals in their lives, the kind of transformation that moves me the most is the inner shift I see in them.

I’ve had many students who joined my sessions when they were going through very low phases in life. Some of them were struggling emotionally, some felt completely stuck, and a few even broke down and cried during the first session because they had been carrying so much stress and heaviness for a long time.

But as the sessions progressed, I started witnessing beautiful changes in them. Slowly, their energy began to shift. They became calmer, more hopeful, and more confident about their lives. The same people who once felt lost started showing up with a sense of peace and clarity.

Of course, many of my students have also manifested wonderful things—career opportunities, financial growth, and other material goals they once desired. But for me, the most powerful transformation is when someone moves from feeling hopeless or overwhelmed to feeling happy, peaceful, and empowered again.

Seeing that inner shift in my students is what truly touches my heart. Because when a person transforms from within, everything else in their life naturally begins to change as well.

Looking ahead, what is the larger impact you hope to create through your work in the manifestation and mindset space?

My larger vision is to make the concept of the Law of Attraction and conscious manifestation a natural part of this generation’s lifestyle. For me, manifestation is not just about achieving specific desires or material goals. At its core, it is about learning how to live a more fulfilled, peaceful, and joyful life by understanding the power of our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs.

When people truly understand these principles, they become more aware of how they respond to challenges, how they shape their mindset, and how they create their own experiences in life. This awareness can lead to a much happier and more emotionally balanced society.

Another important part of my vision is to introduce these ideas to children and teenagers at an early age. I believe that if young people learn the importance of positive thinking, emotional awareness, and inner happiness early in life, it can shape the way they grow into adults.

That is why I am wrote and published my book for young readers called Sukhiya Ki Duniya. The main character, Sukhiya, is designed to be a happiness mascot for the younger generation. Through her stories and experiences, children will learn the art of staying happy, positive, and emotionally resilient.

At the moment, I am also working on translating the book and expanding the concept through other creative projects so that it can reach a wider audience. My goal is for this idea to connect with younger generations, Generation Alpha, Generation Beta, and beyond, so that we can help raise a generation that is more mindful, emotionally strong, and genuinely happy.
